Bump
in time 11.30 to 1pm (gates will be closed off at 2pm )

Once application has been accepted payment must be made and
a current copy of public liability insurance must be provided.

If
payment is not made the stallholder will not be given access
to the grounds.

No
refunds will be given. ( At the discretion of the organiser
)

NO
VEHICLE movement on the grounds between 2.30pm and 9.15pm

Stallholders will have access to Street parking adjacent to
grounds.

Stallholder
sites will be given on the day of festival by the organiser.

Larger sites can be negotiated.

The
Organiser of the Festival retains the right to refuse any products
or stallholder.

All
gazebos must be secured by heavy weights ( hard asphalt surface
)

All
stalls and products must be displayed in an attractive manner.
(no foam boxes or gazebos without covers).
- No soft drinks
to be sold at festival.

All
stallholders must wait at the front gates until the organiser
can allocate their site.

Once
off-loaded stallholders are required to move their vehicles
to off-site parking.
