Terms & Conditions

1.
Products : Organisers retain the right to refuse entry of any Stallholder, product and/or produce.
 
All goods being sold must be deemed acceptable to the Market Organisers. Stallholders must sell only the type of goods indicated on the application form.
 
Organisers reserve the right to request that unidentified goods/produce be removed from the Stallholders site.
 
All vendors of food and drinks must comply with the local Council regulations.
 
Organisers accept no responsibility for damage or loss by participating Stallholders.
 
Stallholders are responsible to ensure that goods to be sold are not in breach of any copyright and/or trademarks and are safe.
2.
Stall Allocation : This will be at the discretion of the Market Organiser. Standard stall size is 3m x 3m. Larger sizes can be negotiated.
 
Stallholders are responsible for supplying their own tents, tables, chairs etc.
 
All Stallholders must secure their stalls adequately against adverse weather conditions.
 
Important: Stallholders must park in designated areas as instructed by parking attendants.
 
There are to be no vehicles moving within the markets between the hours of 8.00am to 12.00pm.
 

Stallholders are responsible for the removal of any/all rubbish generated by Stallholder on the day of the market. Failure to comply will see an additional charge imposed for the clean up. Hot food stalls please supply your own rubbish bins for the use of your customers.

Insurance : All Stallholders must carry current Public Liability Insurance. Product liability only applies at stallholder discretion. A copy of your Certificate of Currency must be attached to application form.

All power leads and equipment must be inspected and tagged. Limited power is available for stallholders
5.
Stall Fees : Organisers reserve the right to increase the cost of Stall Fees. If payment is received less than 2 weeks in advance, stallholder is deemed to be casual.
 
Cost:  Food vendors = $40.00 Craft = $30
6.
Stall Cancellation : Stallholders who wish to cancel and have pre-booked should contact the Market Organiser by midday 7 days prior to the event. This is to allow organisers time to replace that product at the market. Stall fee will be carried over at the discretion of the Market Organiser, if paid in advance. Cancellation must be made by telephone.
7.
Market Cancellation : The market will be cancelled at discretion of organisers if weather does not permit a successful market.
It is the responsibility of the stallholder to make contact with the Market Organiser to confirm closing of market. Phone: 0422 202 334 for cancellation details. The stallholder must phone, not email for details of cancellation.
8.
Acceptance of these Terms : Organisers reserve the right to deny access to the markets any Stallholder who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

9.

Permanent stallholders : A stallholder is deemed permanent if fees are kept two weeks in advance.
10. Safety : It is the responsibility of all stallholders to make sure that their stall is safe and the canopy is anchored securely.
