TERMS
& CONDITIONS |
- The
Festival runs rain, hail or shine. Organisers will accommodate
for bad weather on the day if possible.

Payment and Public Liability to be sent when Organiser has accepted
your application.

No refunds will be given once accepted.

Organiser of the festival retains the right to refuse any product,
at the discretion of the organiser.

Bump in time 6.30am to 8.30am
-
Bump out time 4.30pm. (No vehicle movement on grounds before that
time)
If any stallholder attempts to drive vehicle out of grounds security
will STOP them.
-
All gazebos’ must be secured down with weights for hard
surface set up.
-
Stallholders will be allocated sites on arrival to the event by
the organiser.
-
All stallholders to meet staff at front gate and will be given
an area to hold for stall application.
-
All vehicles must be offloaded then moved to designated area.
-
Any powered stalls must bring tagged extension leads. NONE PROVIDED.

All stalls should be displayed nicely and attractive to the public,
No foam boxes, No frames without covers.

If you cannot commit to these terms and conditions please DO NOT
